WARNING!!!! - you unlock entirely at your own risk. I will accept absolutely no responsibility for damage caused to your phone due to your misuse of the software or a fault within the software itself. You do this entirely at your own risk.

  • You will need your IMEI
number, this can either be obtained by typing *#06# into your phone or
else can be found on the white label under the battery of your phone.

  • Your phone model, if your the kinda person who doesn't know their phone model then you probably shouldn't be doing this.

  • The name of the network your
    phone is locked to.

Then you'll need to download one of the following pieces of software, or possibly more than one. I wouldpersonally recomend the top one, the others are becoming a little dated.

n0cyber_5.4.zip 231k

Nokia Phones:
After feeding the data into one of the calculators they will generate a sequence of numbers that look something like:

#pw+212365530065465+1#

#pw+753870577100070+2#
#pw+029113146733510+3#
#pw+483467400116565+4#
#pw+795840211370240+5#
#pw+816831534420431+6#
#pw+892441311066646+7#

You will need to enter the first
  • code (ie number 1) into your phone with the Sim
    Card removed
. If everything goes to plan you will receive a
message something like 'Sim lock removed' If that doesn't work then enter code number 7. Which code works will depend on how the phone was locked.

  • NB the characters + p & w are
entered by pressing the * key several times.

  • If you get this wrong you will
have 5 opportunities to try it before your phone permanently lock you
out. That is to say will not allow you to unlock it with a code.

Note to T-Mobile customers...

After entering your operator name you will notice that the program
assigns the operator a 5 digit code, for T-Mobile this is usually
quoted as 23430. However, infact T-mobile also use 23431 and 23432.
this may explain any problems you are having.

You might be curious what the
other codes do.

Lock 1 - MCC+MNC (Network/Country
Specific)

Lock 2 - GID1 Lock (Type of SIM card)

Lock 3 - GID2 Lock (Type of SIM card)

Lock 4 - MSIN Lock (Sim Specific)

There are only four locks, however codes 5-7 do the following:

Code 5 - Unlock 1 and 2

Code 6 - Unlock 1, 2 and 3

Code 7 - Unlock 1, 2, 3 and 4 (I.E. Master Unlock)
